Najran International Airport recorded approximately 1.7 million passengers on domestic and international services between the beginning of 2025 and the end of the first quarter of 2026, reflecting continued demand for air travel through the southern Saudi gateway.
During the same period, the airport handled more than 13,000 flights, supporting connectivity across its growing network.
The airport currently offers scheduled services to five destinations: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Cairo and Dubai. These routes are operated by five airline partners, providing links to key domestic and regional markets.
Passengers using the airport have access to a variety of facilities, including food and beverage outlets, banking services and car rental options designed to enhance the travel experience.
Najran International Airport has also received a series of industry and safety accolades. In 2024, it was named the Best Airport in the Middle East among airports serving fewer than two million passengers annually. The airport has also secured Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI).
In addition, the airport earned certification from the Saudi Red Crescent Authority for meeting public safety and emergency medical standards and received certification for its carbon emissions management efforts, underscoring its commitment to operational excellence and environmental sustainability.
