Air Arabia (PJSC), the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier, today announced its strongest-ever financial and operational performance for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The airline achieved a record pre-tax profit of AED 1.8 billion, up 14% from 2024, on full-year revenue of AED 7.78 billion, a 15% increase. Passenger numbers rose 16% to 21.8 million, supported by the launch of 30 new routes across its six operating hubs.
Fourth-quarter results were also robust, with net profit exceeding AED 405 million, a 15% increase year-on-year, and quarterly revenue up 26% to AED 2.12 billion. The airline carried 5.7 million passengers in Q4, with a seat load factor of 87%, reflecting strong demand and operational efficiency.
The Board of Directors has proposed a cash dividend of 30 fils per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Air Arabia was named “Low-Cost Carrier of the Year” at Aviation Business Middle East Awards 2025 and recognized among the “Top 20 Low-Cost Airlines for 2025” by AirlineRatings.com. The airline also ranked among Forbes Middle East Top 100 Listed Companies 2025.
Through its Charity Cloud program, Air Arabia delivered humanitarian and development projects across multiple countries, including medical clinics in Bangladesh and Egypt, a sustainable water project in Kyrgyzstan, and four orphanages in Ethiopia.
