Flight movements also rose, with total flights reaching 25,900, up 10.6 percent year-on-year. The airport recorded its busiest day on 20 November 2025, serving more than 176,800 passengers in a single day — a 9.6 percent increase over the peak day in November 2024.
Baggage volumes climbed sharply as well. The number of handled baggage items reached 5.6 million in November, reflecting a robust 25.4 percent year-on-year rise, according to figures reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
From the start of 2025 through 30 November, Jeddah Airport welcomed a total of 48 million passengers, an 8.9 percent increase over the same period in 2024. Over this timeframe, flight movements reached 273,700, marking an 8.2 percent rise.
These sustained gains highlight the continued expansion of services and growing demand at King Abdulaziz International Airport, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s leading gateways for both international travelers and domestic passengers.
