Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has announced that construction of its Sky Support Complex is progressing as planned and is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026.
The project marks another milestone in MBRAH's expansion strategy to strengthen infrastructure supporting the aerospace industry within Dubai South.
Located in the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the Sky Support Complex is a 16,661-square-metre landside development comprising 14 premium units designed for aviation-related businesses.
Once completed, the facility will provide flexible warehouse, office and commercial spaces, along with dedicated landside access and direct connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport and the wider Dubai South ecosystem.
Operating within a bonded free zone, the complex will offer businesses 100% foreign ownership, modern infrastructure and a business-friendly environment tailored to the aviation sector.
Tahnoon Saif, Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, said the project's progress reflects the organisation's commitment to delivering specialised facilities that meet the evolving requirements of the aviation industry.
He added that MBRAH remains focused on providing high-quality infrastructure that enables aerospace companies to expand their operations, improve efficiency and benefit from Dubai's aviation ecosystem.
MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination for airlines, private aviation operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and other aerospace businesses. Developed within Dubai South, the hub also hosts aircraft maintenance facilities, training centres and education campuses as part of Dubai's ambition to strengthen its position as a global aviation hub.
