Emirates is expanding its exclusive Chauffeur-Drive service in Japan, elevating the travel experience for premium customers with the addition of two new airports — Narita International Airport from 1 February 2026 and Kansai International Airport from 1 March 2026. This rollout makes Emirates the only international airline to offer a complimentary, chauffeur-driven transfer service across Japan’s three major gateways: Haneda, Narita, and Kansai.
Designed for travellers flying in First and Business Class on eligible Emirates-operated routes, the service ensures a smooth, end-to-end journey with private transfers connecting their homes, hotels, or offices to the airport. The initiative reflects Emirates’ continuous investment in providing a seamless luxury experience not only onboard but also on the ground.
At Tokyo Narita, premium passengers can also enjoy access to the airline’s dedicated lounge in Terminal 2, further enriching their departure experience with comfort and convenience before take-off.
