Qatar Airways used Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 in Dubai to highlight its latest premium travel products, digital services and onboard connectivity technologies, giving visitors an interactive look at how the airline is reshaping the passenger journey.
At its immersive pavilion at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the airline demonstrated several digital and loyalty initiatives through interactive displays. Visitors explored technologies including Q Search, Infinite Awards and QVerse Island, Qatar Airways’ first digital destination in Fortnite.
New tourism partnerships
Alongside ATM 2026, Qatar Airways signed Memoranda of Understanding with the Kenya Tourism Board, Jordan Tourism Board, Sri Lanka Promotions Bureau, Tourism Malaysia, Visit New Port Beach and Visit Maldives.
The agreements are aimed at strengthening international travel through Doha’s Hamad International Airport and expanding cooperation on tourism promotion and leisure travel opportunities in key markets.
Starlink expands onboard connectivity
Qatar Airways also showcased the progress of its Starlink programme. The airline was the first carrier in the Middle East and North Africa region to introduce Starlink connectivity onboard its aircraft.
The airline currently operates as many as 340 Starlink-equipped flights each day, with more than 150 widebody aircraft fitted with the technology. Since the service was introduced in October 2024, more than 25 million passengers have used Starlink connectivity across more than 96,000 Qatar Airways flights.
Qsuite Next Gen focuses on privacy and flexibility
Visitors were also introduced to Qsuite Next Gen, Qatar Airways’ latest premium cabin concept, which combines privacy, comfort and greater personalisation.
The suites feature manoeuvrable 4K OLED in-flight entertainment screens and can accommodate up to four passengers in the Quad Suite or two in the Companion Suite. Passengers can adjust privacy settings, control personal dividers digitally and activate a dedicated “Make My Bed” function for the airline’s five-star turn-down service.
Qatar Airways brings Doha to Fortnite
Qatar Airways earlier this year launched QVerse Island, its first digital destination in Fortnite. The virtual experience recreates Doha and Hamad International Airport, allowing players to explore landmarks and attractions while interacting with the airline’s digital environment.
Players are guided by Sama, Qatar Airways’ digital cabin crew, and can complete mission-based challenges across Doha and other iconic locations. ATM visitors can experience QVerse Island at two interactive stations at the airline’s pavilion.
AI-powered Infinite Awards
Qatar Airways Privilege Club is presenting Infinite Awards, an AI-powered conversational tool designed to help members plan how to reach their preferred destinations and accumulate the Avios required for rewards.
The service acts as a personalised rewards coach, suggesting activities and opportunities to earn Avios through the programme’s network of loyalty partners. It can also recommend destinations based on users’ interests, lifestyles and travel aspirations through a single prompt.
Q Search delivers conversational answers
Q Search is another key digital innovation featured at ATM. Developed as a conversational layer within the Qatar Airways website, the tool allows users to ask questions about the airline’s products and services and receive immediate, conversational responses.
The system forms part of Qatar Airways’ wider effort to use AI-powered technologies to make interactions with its global customer base more natural and efficient throughout the travel journey.
Qatar Airways is showcasing these products and technologies at Arabian Travel Market 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Saeed Hall 2, Pavilion ME1420.
