flyadeal ranked fourth, recording 54 complaints per 100,000 passengers and resolving 98% of cases within the required timeframe.
Flight-related services generated the largest share of complaints, followed by ticketing and baggage services.
Among international airports handling more than 6 million passengers annually, King Khalid International Airport recorded the lowest complaint rate, at one complaint per 100,000 passengers. The airport received 19 complaints, all of which were resolved.
King Abdullah International Airport recorded the lowest complaint rate among international airports handling fewer than 6 million passengers, with two complaints per 100,000 passengers and a 100% resolution rate.
Bisha Airport ranked highest among domestic airports for complaint performance, recording two complaints per 100,000 passengers, equivalent to one complaint, which was fully resolved.
GACA said the monthly rankings are intended to strengthen transparency across the aviation sector and promote fair competition, while encouraging airlines and airports to improve the quality of services provided to passengers.
