Old Doha Port has officially announced its highly anticipated event calendar for the 2025-2026 season, promising a captivating array of festivals, maritime experiences, and sports spectacles that celebrate Qatar's rich traditions. Speaking at a recent press conference, Eng. Mohammed Abdulla Al Mulla, CEO of Old Doha Port, emphasized the significance of the upcoming season. “Our 2025-2026 calendar reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences that highlight Qatar’s maritime heritage, support community engagement, and contribute to the nation's tourism vision. We aim to position Old Doha Port as one of Qatar's premier tourist destinations, inspiring visitors throughout the year.”

A highlight of the season will be Qatar's hosting of the FIFA Arab Cup 2025. Old Doha Port will serve as a central venue for entertainment, offering a lively schedule of activities throughout the tournament. A new berthing package for yacht and boat owners has been introduced, providing exclusive access to FIFA Arab Cup matches, and the port’s advanced infrastructure will ensure a seamless experience for luxury yacht visitors. The addition of the Minakom digital service, designed for smooth entry and departure, further enhances the port’s appeal.

In addition to sports, visitors can enjoy a vibrant Fan Zone experience, featuring live performances throughout the Mina District. The Port will also house Alkass Sports Channel’s Al Majlis studio program, as well as another Fan Zone in Mina Park. The park will be transformed into an immersive entertainment destination, offering shows, family activities, and live screenings of key matches.

Cultural celebrations will play a significant role in the Port's seasonal events, starting with the Al Rasta Festival from December 17 to 19, which will showcase Qatari traditions in a dynamic, festive atmosphere. The season will also feature high-profile events such as the World Arabian Horse Championship Qatar 2025, the Digital Creator Awards, and the Polo Al Marsa, further elevating the port’s status as a center for excellence in leisure and entertainment.

National celebrations, including Qatar National Day and National Sports Day, will transform Old Doha Port into a vibrant gathering place for residents and visitors. Ramadan will be marked with Old Doha Port’s traditional events, such as Musaher Al Mina, the Iftar Cannon, Garangao Night, and Wada’a Ramadan. The port will also host the Throwback Food Festival, a culinary journey through Qatar's rich heritage, followed by festive celebrations for Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha.

As the season draws to a close, Old Doha Port’s signature events will return, including the much-awaited Fishing Exhibition and Competition, set for late March. Building on the success of its debut edition, this event will again celebrate Qatar's maritime culture, craftsmanship, and community spirit. May will see the return of the Mina Pre-Owned Boat Show, a lively community event that invites marine enthusiasts to explore Qatar's seafaring heritage and coastal lifestyle. The Mina Corniche will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace, offering marine equipment at competitive prices and serving as a hub for reselling marine gear as the summer season approaches.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), has announced the opening of SEVEN Tabuk, expanding its entertainment network and supporting the Kingdom’s quality-of-life and regional development goals under Saudi Vision 2030.

SEVEN Chairman Abdullah Al Dawood said the opening represents another step in the company’s strategy to develop accessible entertainment destinations that are closely connected to the communities they serve.

SEVEN Tabuk is the company’s second entertainment destination, following SEVEN Abha, as SEVEN continues its plans to establish destinations across Saudi Arabia.

Located within Tabuk city, the fully indoor, all-weather destination is designed for everyday entertainment, offering residents and visitors a wide range of activities without requiring long-distance travel.

The destination operates from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on weekends and from 4:00 p.m. to midnight on weekdays, while Scene Cinemas operates daily from 4:00 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.

SEVEN Tabuk combines international attractions with locally developed concepts. Key offerings include Discovery Adventures, featuring immersive exploration-themed environments, and Hot Wheels E-Karting, an interactive karting experience inspired by the global brand.

The destination also features SEVEN’s homegrown concepts, including Kawaken, Kawaken Junior, GolFi, Cyber Bowling and Scene Cinemas, providing entertainment options for families, young people and a broad range of visitors.

Irqah Village, one of the oldest settlements in Riyadh Region, is showcasing more than 1,000 years of history through its traditional architecture, heritage sites and cultural experiences.

Once a thriving agricultural center, the village developed around mud-brick homes, historic mosques, farms and water sources, creating a distinctive architectural and social identity.

At the heart of the historic village, Bayt Isa recreates aspects of traditional Najdi life through its majlis, cafés, heritage pathways, courtyards and rooftops.
