flynas, the Saudi low-cost carrier, has once again claimed the title of Middle East’s Best Low-Cost Airline at the 2025 World Travel Awards (WTA), marking the 11th consecutive year the airline has received the prestigious honor.
The announcement was made during a ceremony in Dubai attended by senior airline executives and travel industry leaders. The accolade underscores flynas’ sustained commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and its mission to expand connectivity to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Established in 1993, the World Travel Awards recognize outstanding achievements in travel, tourism, and hospitality across the globe. Winners are determined through a comprehensive voting process involving both industry professionals and travelers.
In 2025, flynas continued to accelerate its growth, expanding its operating fleet to 66 aircraft and launching 15 new routes to seven destinations across six countries during the first half of the year. The airline now operates 139 routes to more than 70 destinations in 30 countries, offering over 2,000 weekly flights.
Since its inception in 2007, flynas has carried more than 80 million passengers. Listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the carrier aims to reach 165 domestic and international destinations as part of its strategic expansion plan, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
flynas’ latest recognition reaffirms its position as a global leader in low-cost air travel and a key contributor to the Kingdom’s growing aviation and tourism sectors.
